Brazing and bonding process of a carbide plate on the surface of the base material with the edges aligned without gaps.

This is a special tool that is bonded to the base material surface with carbide without any gaps. If there are gaps between the carbide plates on the tool surface, deterioration of the tool can begin from those gaps, and in some cases, there is a possibility of breakage. This processing is effective in such situations. The key point is to ensure that there are no gaps between the carbide plates by aligning the right angles at the chip corners during bonding.
